Configuring your Customer Service Help Centre

Shop > Shop Settings > Help Centre & Additional Pages

The more FAQs that are entered into your Customer Service Help Centre, the less customer enquiries you will receive.

1.Help Centre Topic Groups

Actions > Add

First create a category/topic for all of the questions to sit under. For example: Shipping & Returns

Title: Category Topic.
Order By: Order of sequence. Suggest to order 5 at a time
Save > Update status to a tick

2. Help Centre Topics

Actions > Add

Enter in Help Centre questions and answers. Example: How do I refund my order?

Title: The topic question
URL Identity: This will be the custom URL that will sit behind your domain name once the topic has been created (all lower case, no spaces or numbers)
Topic Group: Select which topic to link to
Order By: Order of sequence. Suggest to order 5 at a time
Save > Update status to a tick
