Processing Click and Collect orders

Shop > Order Management > Orders 

There are 2 new order status options for Click and Collect Orders. 

Status: Ready to collect:

When the order is ready for collection from the collection location, you need to select the status Ready for Collection. This allows you time to process the order and send it to the relevant location.

This will then move the order into the Ready To Collect tab:

The customer will then receive a HTML customized email advising that their item is ready for collection. SportsTG will set up this template, and you can edit the text as required

Please note: Click and Collect orders can't have the status bulk updated at the moment

Status: Mark as collected:

When the customer has collected their order, the order status will need to be updated to Mark as Collected. This will then move the order into the Shipped column and the order will be settled. Until the order has been Marked as Collected/Shipped, the order won't be settled by SportsTG

The customer will then receive a HTML customized email advising that their item has been collected. SportsTG will set up this template, and you can edit the text as required
