Setting up Mandrill for Email Confirmation Receipts

We have recently implemented Mandrill a high level email tool that provides more coverage of the Email Confirmations that the Shop will send when a customer places their order, confirms delivery receipts, cancellation of orders etc.

Previously there was no visibility over receipts that do not get delivered from our previous provider, whereas Mandrill will provide this information. Mandrill also provides far less chance that email will be blocked from a domain based on send rates etc.

Currently the Shop Receipts are viewed as - 

Once you implement the change the email will appear as (note the missing Mandrill server information and on behalf of text) -

To have this completed for your Shop, please copy the below and send to your IT department.

Above is the link on how Mandrill can be updated. It should be completed on the domain that you will be sending from. This is the text after the @ symbol in your order email address

Once completed you will receive a verification email. Please forward this to ecommerce@sportstg.com and we will perform the last step of the process.
